Munsters Progress

Munsters

Started this tonight. It's a family portrait of the Munsters for a show at Gallery 1988 in L.A. The show is called Guilty Pleasures and the theme is TV Shows. It's slowly coming along but I think there might be something happening here. 

Cuckoo

Almost finished my Yellow Beak Cuckoo this weekend. I'm sort of happy the way it turned out. The most challenging was working with Raw Umber as a base color considering its really transparent. Nonetheless, this the outcome.

 Finished my Oriole and started a Yellow Beak Cuckoo this evening.

worked more on this piece over the weekend. i'm starting to dig the area around the tail. pardon the glare. i also had to do a wash over the drawing of the flowers. they were competing too much so i had to knock it back a bit.
